Refund and Exchange Policies
To receive a refund or grant an exchange, you have to submit a request along with the reason why you would like to be refunded or have your product exchanged. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of you receiving the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (1) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (2) the following products are not eligible for return: Damaged Clothing, Discolored clothing, etc. You have 7 days to submit a request, and once the request has been sent we will take immediate action.
